Frieze LA: Art and Architecture with Frederick Fisher and Partners

A guided tour led by Fred Fisher and the FF&P design team was held on Wednesday, February 12th. VIP Guests were brought through the home envisioned as a piece of art itself.

In Los Angeles, it is easy to feel disconnected from the living world, but this Mandeville Canyon residence by Frederick Fisher and Partners is designed to act as a walk-through garden. The garden was designed with the fives senses in-mind; sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch.

The home was strategically designed to frame views to the outdoors. With a lifetime’s collection of museum-worthy paintings, sculptures, and furniture from leading contemporary artists and designers including David Hockney, Enrique Martinez Celaya, Joe Goode and Ed Moses, among others.
